Subtle memories.. distant hues..
My thoughts like pages in a book always returning to you,
Distant memories,so near,yet so far,
In dreams, etching far away, elusive stars..

Weeping sad melodies of days since past..
Long hot nights we sought to find,
A love like this..sealed solemnly with a lingering kiss,
But alas,never enough to strengthen ties we sought to bind.

A love we shared,as yours and mine
Surely there will never be..
For there can only be one in one's lifetime,
Daunts our way along love's beach of eternity.
The sudden flash of the lightening storm may
portray quite the magical show..
But tis nothing in comparison..
To the love that we will, never know.
