Love, what is that Is it worth dying for What you feel within your heart Well I don't have a heart anymore There it lies, broken and bleeding Lying dead on the floor And the time has come to say That I don't need you anymore
So build your walls And I'll build mine Then we'll see which one Crumbles away with time You have your reasons And I have my beliefs But now I see That I'm not what you need

It's very real abt what some singles are doing ...building walls ..i Dont ,feels like a cell for the crazy ! But within these walls are peaceful and safe from the harsh world! This comes straight from the heart feeling .enjoyed it .thanks
Thanks Morgen. We all have our walls. Every one does crumble with time I think

Hi Dementia, walls are often built because of past hurt wanting to protect ones emotions from being hurt all over again. But love sometimes hurt and if we put up that wall we will be living a lonely, loveless life with love on the outside looking in. M.M
Wow!! Dementia I feel like that to sometimes, i understand that feeling very much thanks for this poem, but love is taking chances and letting someone in.
Thanks for the comments. I agree you do have to let love in. You just have to be careful of who you klet in. There are a lot of people out there that feed off of others misery
