For when you were little stories were told to thee to make you understand how things are to be. You had no idea that jesus did the same. You took it all in and digested it. You understood what was right there in front of you , i am not sure if even that is true. Asking questions here and there making sure God's word was being whispered in your ear. Now you have grown with a place of your own i wait to see if God's word is still being practiced by thee.

About this poem:
Just a cry hoping that Christianity is still in my oldest even though her dad died and it fell to the way side for a while.
Proverbs 22:6 - Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
I can relate to you're thinking and feeling. My boy grew up in the church too, he's taken a holiday but I've done my role - I brought him up the right way. It's now in the hands of the Holy Spirit. All we can do now is pray and believe in the above.
Hi, adjhe, Every loving parent wants what's best for her/his child and hopes that each finds peace, love and happiness on the path chosen to travel through life. May it be so for every child. Thanks for sharing.
