Ten Thousand Words

If I wrote you ten thousand words
What would I say
If I wrote you ten thousand words
Would you throw them all away

If I gave you ten thousand rhymes
Would you find them such a bore

If I gave you ten thousand kisses
Then forever could not limit the time
To kiss you ten thousand more

Today has a wish to linger
But evening pleads to close
And the voice unwritten will not be heard
Would it replace the color of a red red rose
If I wrote you ten thousand words
