Silly Nana

Dim lights
gallon drums

knarled fingers
upon the strum

stuck
the flickering ghosts

Of swinging playtime
higher to swing

One happy face
Eyes
to
lace

the momentum
of stitch
as grabbing nana's dress

around the heels
safety feels

frowning flowers
yellow blue

I remember you

lifting sky
one blue moon

I shall keep you safe
always

carved into

the white cocoon

Nicely penned reminiscences Sophia,
