"Insanity"

Sipping through the vineyard
swallowing the words

What wretched
my heart
as you you turned at times

A blind eye so true
it was then that I knew

A gathering
a meeting
I saw all within

no clock can turn back

then
where was my sin?

Unsteady I arose
my words I had spoken

was I out on a limb?

You kissed me
so deep

Then on my road
I went home to sleep

Fuelled by the tears
of sudden emptiness

No passing lights shone my way
a mission sadly unto myself

Alone as always
I sat preciously on my shelf

I closed my eyes
but not to this world

I knew in the morning
sunshine would fall

No ringing tones
of a beautiful call

Too spooky for me
to venture again

one must know me

"that I'm actually sane"
```````````````````````
