The Miracle of Nain Luke 711 16 King James

The Miracle of Nain (Luke 7:11-16 - King James)

I was inspired to write this poem when I contemplated the idea of Jesus knowing this widow's grief due to His own knowledge of separation from His beloved Father. Being God's sacrificial gift to mankind for the remedy of sin and death, Jesus knew a level of grief and pain beyond anyone's imagination. He did what He could to ease the hardships of those He ministered to as a means of showing where hope was to those who otherwise saw life as being hopeless! Just as true today as it ever was! .... Jesus saves!
