senseless world

Bloodied pool of life
Nourished by forces of evil
In a senseless world
Where remorse is stacked
In a pile of dead emotions.

We are facing a war
Far deadlier than the brutalities
And mutilation
Guns and missiles can cause
It is our lack of strenght
To stand against such strangulation.

This is the indifference of the soul
The mind's submission to defeat
The heart blocked by the pains
Of desertions and abandonment
Hanging on our shoulders,
Dead cold and retreat.

There is a hope, a big one,
It can begin now!
Get up and unite, carry your courage
Join the many and seek more to make an impact
With determination and commitment
Step up in the front line and join hands.

We can do it. Senseless world no more
No one will do it for us. Are you kidding me?
The wealthy will buy our silence. Fast.
The cost? Your freedom. Yours and mine
So either you grab the money and run-

Or all of us, the poor and the lowly
Be united, be forceful, committed
For the clean up, our world badly needs.

Before it's too late.

banksy

Who's this banksy
Who draws on walls
His pictures he creates
Statements his drawings

Create
He make you think
A story he tell
His political view
His picture tells

A polition he is not
An artist he is
He creates his picture
To create conversation
Talk and statements
his views

smile

:-) and the world smiles with you
Frown and they will pass you by
Say hallo and a hi and smile goes a long way
Be miserable they don't want to know

Alone you will be
Not a sole will want you
Cry and cry alone you will be
Sad and depressed

Your days long and dark
Sadness you dwell upoun
Emptieness
In a rut you become

Dependant on depresants you becum
So briten your day do not dwell
Get out of bed
Smile its a new day

Freedom

Lay very still behind your covered ridge
For the night is live with anxious moments
March the Redcoats out from the high ground ledge
And be careful now to hide your comments

Such enduring freedom not forgotten
Lay all your muskets loaded in the breech
With the hope you have some dry guncottton
Taking aim inside your shot that will reach

For what is brother against another
A war be fought in making a nation
Really stands apart one from the other
But through empirical observation

For history marks upon the ages
Our freedom will never live in cages

Riddled Past

Run! run, run some more! Run, run for ever more!
with wolves, hyaenas and beasts, alongside Thor
protecting, so you thought was there to keep
only to have hold then lose again and weep.

Time has passed in the everlasting deep Abyss
so it seemed, time travelled in hot pursueded bliss
but never to been found or seen again to this day
still calling out helplessly mayday! mayday!mayday!

Particules of universal black mass sold to the vendee
whales, dolphins and slaves alike silenced by man at sea
discharged without honour or degree, simply dispersed!
Manmade shelter above the trees submissively coerced.

Fading and wasting away, slowly without meaningful hold
sunshine trying to warm the bones but night wins with its cold
Stars journeyed to a nearby path of plentiful crossroads
still silently and motionless deciphering original codes.

Stop! Stop! Stop! no more! Stop now! Stop! no more!
but wolves, hyaenas and beasts already slaughtered Thor!

"It All Starts Over Again"

We will cry, and we will shout. But will the angels hear our call?
We will cry, and we will shout. But will the angels hear our call?

I hear the screams of children running, I hear the sounds of people gunning.
I see the bombs flashing in the sky, as my mind is screaming, "Why?"
Why fight this useless battle, why fight this useless war.
In 20 years we'll all be back to fight for something more.
This scarred flag that we all fly, raising high to show our pride.
Hides the fact that we are shamed by our leaders that have lied.
Greed is the motive that our leaders use to fight.
Yet they hide behind their words and they hide behind our strife.
Their banks are packed tightly up to the brim, their futures bright while ours are dim.
They fly around in their expensive jets, while we're up to our eyes in debt.

So will we fight for our right to ignite our inner light?
Or will we fall to them all and crawl to their call?

Stand up! Scream it! We don't want any more of this.
Rise up! Speak out! We are done with this.
It all solves nothing, because in the end.
It all starts over again.

A wife sits with a baby at her home, crying as she clutches onto the phone.
In another country, in another land, there is another family that would understand.
Two apparent enemies, their families torn apart.
By a war that none of them ever had any part.
An oprhaned child sits all alone on the streets.
His parents killed by strangers marching in fleets.
The innocence in our hearts dying as our soldiers stand to fight.
The hope in our hearts dying as our soldiers fall to the plight.
They all claim that they are doing what's best, meanwhile all of our voices are oppressed.
Yet their family and friends are all protected, while the rest of us are affected.

So will we fight for our right to ignite our inner light?
Or will we fall to them all and crawl to their call?

Stand up! Scream it! We don't want any more of this.
Rise up! Speak out! We are done with this.
It all solves nothing, because in the end.
It all starts over again.

So will we fight for our right to ignite our inner light?
Or will we fall to them all and crawl to their call?

Stand up! Scream it! We don't want any more of this.
Rise up! Speak out! We are done with this.
It all solves nothing, because in the end.
It all starts over again.

We will cry, and we will shout. But will the angels hear our call?
We will cry, and we will shout. But will the angels hear our call?

Oh, oh, beware. It will all start over again....

About this poem:
This is obviously a war song. I'm in the middle of writing a story, and it in the main character is fighting in a war she has no choice but to participate in. I wrote this song as sort of a "background song" to them marching to an ongoing battle. It is a mix of rap/metal. Italics are of a regular, flowing singing (by a woman in my head), while the rest is harsher obviously, (this time in my head, it's a male.) However it pops up in your head is up to you though.

HelloGoodbye

The New World War

Bang-Bang goes the gun as we hide away from time
This book and pen is all I've got left to say is mine

There's a fire in this beating heart, and it only beats for you
Thousands of candles in this dark, but still can't seem to find you

You're all I'm looking for in this , my time of need
I would fight through every war and sail the seven seas

Come high tide or comets dear, I won't run away
If I ever disappear, please let this memory stay-

Look into my eyes, see what they'll say
See the shinning light, see our new day

If I'm going to fight, then I'll fight long and hard
I've got to pack my bags, ohhhh the time has come.

SINGAPORE

Singapore not a place to be,
If you love guns but can't keep,
The laws here are Damm strict,
With fines and canning for the law you break.

Just try spitting or chewing a bubble gum and you'll see.
You be at the dock before you can say cheese,
Clean and green is our sunny city,
With shopping malls to tease your senses freely.

Remember we are also world's food paradise,
What you want and need you can get it easily,
We also have the world's first and only Night Safari,
And anytime anywhere water and electricity.

English is our medium speaking language,
Others included is Tamil,Malay and Mandarin,
You Will be greeted with the warmest smile,
From the natives that comes in all form of lifestyles.

Help is never far away,
Don't mistake me for a moment,
I'm not here to sell you my country,
Just saying it honestly and faithfully,

We have the ugliest road users in Asia,
Count your blessing on the road if you are a motorist,
For men this is a special warning,
The public toilet is not for the faint hearted!

The Silence Screams Out to Me

The Silence Screams

The silence screams out to me

Darkness wi’ naught to see
Save the images in
My mind,

Vivid scenes of
Duress and death
Ne’er shall I know
Of rest
Lest I should die,

As darkness drops a velvet curtain
Oe’r all
One envisions the sights
Of war
Ahhh and yet answers the call
Wi’ visions of death, pain and more,

The coppery scent of blood
As tis’ spilled
Crying of the wounded
The pain they feel,

Fore’er in the darkness
Ne’er to still
The silence of the dead
The deafening din of all t’were killed!
Aiyeee, aiyeee, tis’ too
Too late
For there is but one escape,

Only death will allow a dreamless sleep
As the silence screams out to me!

A Soldier's Weary Eyes

A Soldier's Weary Eyes

The soldier waits
With weary eyes
Scanning his A/O
He is so tired,

Tired of death
Maiming and pain
Worn out from this war
With nothing to gain,

Save another chance
To cheat death
The heart beats
Loudly in his chest,

With tracers
Speeding overhead
Explosions, the screaming
Of the wounded
And the silence of the dead,

The soldier hugs the ground
He continues to fire
For it is to kill or to be killed
While lying in the muck and mire,

Suddenly the din recedes
The soldier rises to his knees
Lifting his face toward the skies
And thanks God
Through those
Battle weary eyes.
