Searching For You

Dreams blind my conscious thoughts
Leading far beneath the waves and sense of space
Stranger's shadows move slow across the expanse
Of tides forsaken, and darkness bides me on

Soft the feel of weightless contemplation
Alone beside wandering companions, faces half-lit
And moonlight enticing
Searching into the furthest reaches of this place

Inside, the world offers glimpses of the unending
Where I come face to face with traces of my greatest longings
Shadowed always in just barely perceptible views
Entangled, entwined with my desire for you

And as I breathe
As shades and shapes of light blend, bending the silence
Into hallways of memories just beyond where I am
As I am thoughtlessly, unconsciously drifting toward them

I am lost again
Haunted in the lugubrious mansions of unspoken demands
Without know it then, I am searching for you

Here my eyes see, where mists travel across the atmosphere
And I walk inbetween knowing and forgetting who I am
Or why I came here, following one moment to the next
No will to change my pace or question it

Here, where voices merge into doorways and I open them
Where with no manner or grace a hand sinks through the flesh
And chills melt the heart with sudden, shocking revelations
Of times that will come or have passed

Always just before me, as sands beneath my feet give way
And velvet curtains flutter, yeilding to the oceans of air above
Gentle, whispering breezes leading me ever onward
And the feeling is like floating, like being carried home

There over pathways and mazes, over fires and cascading hillsides
Into the steep surrender of my deepest, best kept secrets
Bared before the mind untroubled, unhindered, allowed to admit it freely
The heart
Always just on the edge of bleeding and hiding it beautifully

Wanting to be found again
Haunted by the delusions of a comfort without substance or truth
I was searching even as my mind was drifting
For you

same old story

She said "I'm really not sure, exactly what you mean."
"When you tell me you're not sure of what you say."
"We'll fall asleep tonight, but the thoughts won't go away."
"I have no idea what you are thinking."
"Makes me wonder what you're drinking."

He said "It's really simple what I'm trying to convey."
"Don't allow your selfishness to get into the way."
"Instead, look outside yourself, if only for a day."
"It's about me that I am speaking."
"It's about me, for I am leaving."

So once again you're gonna' leave me in a bind
Sometimes I wonder if you haven't lost your mind
How could you ever think, you're leaving me behind?
I'm far behind because of you
I've given everything for you

Easy for you to say just what you've sacrificed
When we were living large, you never did think twice
But now the money's gone, may I give you some advice?
I've given everything to you
Now my time is up for you

....a common theme, it seems, when ravels come apart
....reality brings, yet again, a broken heart
....you get tired of always making a new start

why can't we tire of being tired?
you'd think, one day we'd be inspired

find a true path of desire

One Moment...

in the silent beating
lies my heart
it aches for you
we are worlds apart

one moment
one second
of infinite bliss
to see your eyes
and feel your kiss

one moment
of touching
bodies entwined
that moment
so special
and oh so divine

bodies connecting
where souls have already
hearts pounding
minds swirling
legs shaking, unsteady

could it ever happen
could it be real
that i could show
what my heart feels?

one moment,
one moment
it's so far away
i'll wait,
every moment,
until that day

About this poem:
the downside of the internet... meeting someone who lives too far away and connecting with him on so many levels...too bad he never realized how much I wanted to love him...

A Star?

What is a Star
Is it really a ball of Hydrogen gas
Dose it forever last
Is a star just a Ray of forgotten light
Why do we only think of a star at night
Could this be beacuse we think of only what we can see
And The night is when stars come to be
Why do stars Mean more to me
They shimmer and shine
Stars are so Divine
They cast their bright gaze out when comes the end of the day
A star is forever lest it blows its self away
When a star goes out does it make a noize
Dose the lack of a star make the nights gray
Dose gloom come in when a star meets its end
Or is it time for a New Star to begin
What ever the case a Star has more grace
Stars are the oldest and most wondours of things
The star instills Beauty and right
And The star is what makes us all look up at the night

About this poem:
This is what I feel when I look up at the Magestic wonder of a star filled night.. Who in all the world can say a night full of stars is not beautiful.. I think its a hard person to not see stars and think of beauty.

Ecstasy in Harmony

Feeling your breath on my skin
Temptation is burning within

Every touch you make
Feeds this desire I want to partake

You gently lay me down,
To floor falls my gown

My naked body before your eyes,
I begin to feel the heat rise.

Aiming at all my sensual spots,
The focus is sure to make me hot.

Upon my breasts your lips find land,
I pull you closer with every demand

As my nipples harden with your tongue tease
Causes me to beg for more please!

The pleasure so intense, it’s a dizzy mood,
As my head spins, gaining altitude

I’ve lost all control, and need you now
Love me, show me how.

I feel you enter into the warm wetness you’ve created,
Our movements in sync, for this is the moment we’ve waited

I pull you deep within, firmly held tight inside,
Such a pleasure cannot be denied

I feel myself beginning to let go,
An explosion of satisfaction is about to blow

I hold on, and pull you closer yet,
Till finally both our gratifications are met.

Leaving our bodies shaking and weak
We lay together content, no need to speak.

La Petite Morte

That look you have.
Those gun shot stare,
never gonna forget this,
blood diamond sparkle,
type of eyes.

That perfect slit
that hides your tongue.
Red cherry massacre
whispering my name.

love is blind

I have a heart n that is true,
But now it has gone from me to you,
So care for it just like I do,
Because I have no heart n U have two.

Partners

What is it that makes for
a life time, loving relationship?

The intertwining of minds and bodies
in a complex, and seemingly
impossible, multi coloured mix
of physical attraction
emotions, and ideals,
which can withstand the rough waters
and calm seas
of all that life can bring.

To be molded into a form which has depth,
texture, colour,
and a sense of stability which will last forever,
stretching far beyond the shallow
and short lived
fashions of the day.

A work of art,
involving a full time commitment
to the attempted perfection
of all that makes us
desire, and attract,
the company of another

Did

Did you hear my words
The ones that I said
While I was trying to direct
Our way into bed
Where you can rest your bones
And I can rest my head
After making your heart rate
Go sky high

Did you feel my touch
The ones that I made
While I was trying to explain
How we need to get laid
How much better you'll feel
If this all escalates
And you let all of those feelings
Go bye bye

Who is she?

Today myself an a friend stopped by the store.
To get a couple pairs of pants because I can't wear my old ones anymore.
Walked in, looked around at the jeans for a bit.
Fidled with the sizes an which to get.
About a hour later figured out which I wanted.
Paid for them an my wallet became exhausted.
Stepped out of the store an there she stood.
My friend knew her, said they from the same hood.
I was thinking "damn baby girl, you exactly my type".
But all I said was "Hi my nick name is Mike."

"To me thinking, "exactly my type" means exactly this.
Someone on any day you would be willing to kiss.
Someone no matter how she awakes pretty or not.
Still for some reason to you seems absolutely hot.
The kind of woman you end up with for eternity.
The kind of woman you help progress through maternity.
She stood maybe four foot, ten.
Asked for her number and she said "have your friend call my friend."
"Damn it woman" is what I thought.
Playing hard to get and I'm getting caught.
Usually this role is the other way around.
But shit, anyway ya like it sweety, I'm down.
So I made her laugh, and she gave me a smile.
I have no clue why, but I thought about this woman for mile after mile.

Her brown eyes, her beautiful lips.
Her very cute face and nice hips.
Now I'm not one to go into details on certain topics.
So at this point, details remain discouraged by my logics.
So all I am willing to say is that she had everything I could imagine.
I mean that in a positive manner if you can fathom.
She had a daughter with her, and I was thinking.
Wonder where the daddy is at, wonder what she is seeking.
We said our see ya laters, and it seemed okay.
Hated that she left, but loved watching her walk away.
Had to drop off my friend, and made him call her friend.
He talked to her friend, and no luck, thought for sure that was the end.

Got back home, parked the truck.
Went inside thinking "I have no luck."
Sat in here and thought oh well.
Then I had a notion for pizza or Taco Bell.
Went back outside a few hours later.
Got in the truck, and then here came my neighbor.
She said "Michael I heard you were interested in a woman you seen at the mall.
I said "You know her, tell her to give me a call."
My neighbor "she asked about you"
I replied "What did she say, got any clues?"
Neighbor said "She says your cute, and that she was asking questions about ya."
I said "Oh yeah?!?" and then we laughed, ah ha ha, ha!
So I gave my neighbor my number to pass along to this woman that I met.
I was hoping that process was a safe bet.

Then out of the blue a text "Hi, its Amber!"
I think to myself "That name I'll always remember."
So we texted a lot and didnt do a regular phone call.
I tried everything and gave it my all.
Usually I dont put myself out like that.
But I know with her, I want more then just to jump in a sack.
Who is she, and who will she be an what will we see?
This woman, what is happeing to me?
