one foot two foot three foot four maybe more,
alarms ring within thy head at seven in the morn,
out the bed in thy shorts out the door to the sun i do meet ,
when its shining in the street i put my feet arms width ahead,
i run i run as fast as ten cheetas born into the wild,
how my body never lets go its worse than addiction
how i move how i run can you catch me old tom thumb,
or will you join me and run run run.

If I was a talented individual I would walk on a tight rope and walk till I could not walk anymore....
I would walk this tight rope ~~ that is high and slight adjourned with arms outstretched ~~ for poises sake between the cool, rippling water that can bring me assistances of creation and deep, sweet sleep. The wrong way up the tight rope with its well of darkness; A mirror reflecting geniuses who stare through my own eyes. I walk this tight rope and I walk it often as I am only of this tiny little small lady bug~~~~~ walking on the tight rope gives me the sence of owns beauty of walking on a tight rope~~~~~~

As my world falls
down around me and
my heart breaks
from the wait.
I gasp to take a
breathe but no air
do i receive.
Gasping for my life
receiving for my
foothold just
hoping to last
another hour
another day
another week
BEGGING
PLEADING
Lord just
a little longer.

I keep my feelings boarded up,
Behind doors nailed,
Blocked,
Screwed shut,
Down corridors,
Cold and black,
See people steal pieces,
And don't give them back,
My hearts missing parts,
Because of that,
Now I constanty guard
The rest from attack...

Even though of age
you are you move
with elegance
and grace.
You put a smile
on everyone's
FACE.
Your music flows
in and through
people making
them want to
move and grove
to the beat.
Now it is your
turn to dance
to your music
setting the

Everyday we get up
feeling stronger everyday
Everyday we get up
Glad to see another day
Some battle we have fought
Just to stay alive
Some battles we have fought
Just to see another day
Some battles we win
Some battles we lose
For reasons unknown
For reasons we choose
We all have our battles
That we must fight
Some harder than others
Some you take in stride
When your heart is full of love
You have the courage to fight
When your heart is full of love
You can do everything right

Sometimes my poetry is deep,
depends on my mood,
and the secrets I keep.
Sometimes my mood goes away,
drawn out by the pen,
with the words that I say.
Sometimes darkness comes down,
an image of doom,
turns my smile to a frown.
Sometimes my heart seems to cry,
tears drip in blood,
yet my spirit flies high.
Sometimes I’m unable to ask,
words in a scramble,
becomes such a task.
Sometimes my work is a drain,
the title may put you off,
or the content cause you pain.
Sometimes life cant always be joy,
although I smile when I can,
when its hard to get by.
Sometimes you cant see the light,
covered by a mist of despair,
while trying to make everything al-right.
Sometimes I blame my Bipolar,
its like living in the dark,
when I desperately need solar.
Sometimes still waters run deep,
beyond the depth of my soul,
and the memories I keep.
Sometimes my life seems so calm,
upbeat and happy,
far away from the harm.
Sometimes when I find the time,
my pain onto paper,
I release with a rhyme.
Sometimes all I request,
is a little bit of love,
to help me become my best.
Thankyou..............

If I OBSESS about my pain....
Will it go away?
If I WALLOW in self-pity ...
Will I feel better?
If I COMPLAIN to family and friends ...
Will they better understand?
If I am ANGRY about my situation ...
Will I see reality?
If I WORRY about how to cope ...
Will I get relief?
If I am ANXIOUS about things not in my control ...
Will I be composed?
If I DREAD what the future may bring ...
Will I avoid my fears?
If I HATE what life has dealt ...
Will I be a better man?
But if I ACCEPT my weaknesses ...
All I gain is STRENGTH.
And when I realize that I'm in control ...
Only then … will things change.
Then I can LIVE

About this poem:
I wrote this in coping with my RSD and how it may effect and affect those who deal with this condition. Just some reflection on the thoughts that those with Chronic Pain or Conditions experience daily it trying to manage what they are going through. We all experience periods of distress during our lives and the way our thoughts and emotions control our abilities to overcome our challenges. It is when we can accept our situations and acknowledge that ultimately we are the only one in control of our reactions to these situations that we can eliminate the suffering and anguish that manifests itself in our lives. Then we can learn to LIVE, no matter what life's obstacles may present us with. ... Peace to all

i see you aren't feeling well,a poem for you,i have to tell, sickness is a mighty cell, divine health is like a spell, kings and warriors
even fell,to drugs and herbs that badly smell,GOD sends you an angel with a miracle in a shell,to make you smile, scream and yell, like a perfect little happy girl,in my life you always ring a bell:may you soonest,my rose:"GET WELL"!
