Behold images of you, take me away
A shield of protection's where I long to stay
Swept up in tides of warm waters
Cosmic hugs, grew my love ever broader
Thoughts of you carry me
to calm feelings of peace; serenity
You are the antidote to my rage
You are the words, that flood my page
Harmony, Balance, Peace and Bliss
My angel, you are all of this
Kissing your mouth, fills my mind
Tasting your tongue, purely sublime
Feeling your breath on my face
The warmth of your skin
Our hips rocking, dancing
But wed, is no sin
Vows spake declaring love and devotion
Vulnerability, to release toxic emotions
Freed from the traps and traumas, past
Being safe with you, is all that I ask
I wish to grow old with you
shall I die, not far from your side
I'd give anything in this world
To be my angel's bride

Will he come to me?
Shall I be his bride?
Speak unbroken promise
Stay right by my side
Is he on his way?
Dare I crack the door
How shall it be, with he?
A cosmos to explore
Remorsefully encumbered
Such a burden, my dear
Shall I awaken to him, sleeping
Upon my breasts, right here?
When will he arrive?
For I can hardly sleep
This moment I've been praying
Our love forever, keep
Hurry near, beloved
My patience runs too thin
Kiss my eyes before
The tears they fall again

About this poem:
I wrote this whilst listening to the music score of Season 8 (Game of Thrones); daydreaming of meeting the next incarnation of Carl Gustav Jung

it has rained enough
spilling its torrent
lightning heavy
in the back country
haven
barefoot child
mud running
eels gaze
while the lamps
of the fisherman
shimmer
tomorrow
we will smoke
them whole
my friends
sunned skins
and roll the grubs
over the ashes
feast we may
for this what
the river brings
and the earth
has nurtured

A man has to take a wolf, a goat and a cabbage across a river.
His rowing boat has only enough room for the man plus either the wolf, the goat , or the cabbage. If he takes the cabbage the wolf will eat the goat. If he takes the wolf the goat will eat the cabbage. Only when the man is present are the goat and cabbage safe.
Question: Relate the situation to Afghanistan and comment on the US withdrawal?
haha
ok then how does he get them all across safely?

There's a little angel in my beer glass
he appears there when I'm down to the last drops
I'm not sure if he's thirsty or not
he just sits there humming
so I refill the glass
then I miss him so I have to drink that one
and there he is again whistling
I whistle too
but he laughs at my effort
being sensitive to criticism
I refill again
and drink more slowly
this time he appears grumpy
so I turn the glass over on the bar
and invite 3 people over to watch him dance
he just gives us the one finger salute
never trust a drinking angel

Dicing juicy tomatoes
swollen, ripe and red
Perfect for anyone
aching to be fed
Aromatic bright limes
rinsed well and wiped clean
Chopping cilantro, jalapenos,
onions, and peppers green
Juicing half the lime
provides a little tang
Mincing in fresh garlic
tantalizing the palates of my gang
Just a teaspoon of cumin
augmenting fragrance and taste
Lastly salt and pepper
Insures no salsa goes to waste

Alligator floats, stalking the pond
Bears ignore spectators, they don't even respond
Cougar rubs its face and body, on the side of its cage
Dolphins bring in the crowds, see they're all the rage
Eagles sit proudly, up high in their nest
Foxes yard play, attention arrests
Gibbons swing in tree's, with their whooping sounds
Howler monkeys are chased, from the trees to the ground
Indian Elephants admired, by fans of Ganapati
Jellyfish haunt their tanks, some plain others spotty
Koala's bring "awe", to kids that look on
Lion male wakes from sleep, with a stretch and a yawn
Macaw's of bright colors - red, blue, and green
Newts hide in foliage, trying not to be seen
Otter is acrobatic, playing in the water
Penguins won't come out, summer heat's gotten hotter
Quail peck through their yard, looking for food
Rhino turns his butt to the crowds - oh my goodness, how rude!
Snakes have turned milky, as they shed their skin
Tapir's start to mate - "uh, let's view the next pen"
Uguisu was pretty, 'til it pooped on my back
Vampire bats scare the kids, let's just skip that
Wolves howling inspires some onlookers to howl along
Xantus are so beautiful, I loved hearing their song
Yabby looks delicious - "imagine that on my plate"
Zoo visits are fun, when coupons give discounted rate

There is hunger to feast
That you simply don’t know
Urges to dine on your lips
Continually grow
This fever pitch longing
To know how you taste
Your mouth feeding mine
Gently embraced
An exchange of tongues
From my mouth to yours
Excitement builds heat
Sweat seeping pores
Let me cup thy face
As you pull me close
Let us seal the distance
Softly, nose to nose
My hunger for you
Honestly will not die
I’d just as soon halt
Retreat, say goodbye
I’m incapable, though
Longing won’t let me be
My heart may be locked
But you hold the key
What say you, beloved ?
How long ne’er to speak ?
‘Tis your voice, that I crave
An embrace that I seek
My love, like a fire
Burns a hole in my heart
Why is it so ?
We be miles apart
Every day it’s the same
And I constantly miss you
What be the harm ?
All I want, is to kiss you

About this poem:
Basically a poem about unrequited love.
He knew my feelings but, we had spiritual differences
that preventing him following through on mutual feelings
(because he was actually flirting with me for almost a year, and admitted caring for me)

Angels walk amongst us
They’re rich but not so rare
Their value lies in their vision
Of love they want to share
They seek to change perspectives
To redirect the wrong
To open up the eyes of those
Who have struggled for so long
They are using good healthy food
And serving it with respect
While training those in need
To overcome their reject
They’ve walked the walk
An some maybe not
But what they see and what they do
Is action on the spot
It’s nourishing the minds
It’s opening doors wide
To share their love and knowledge
Should definetly be worldwide……

Sighed the forest in the sun
It used to be such fun
When for hours with me you’d play
Cried adulting little girl
I’m in another world
There’re times I wish I’d stayed
Said the forest to she
You used to be free
Alas innocence is lost
At long last, she replied
I’d give anything to hide
In your embrace at any cost
For adulting you see
Brings insanity
To all wounded, as their traumas grow
Said the forest to her
Blessed child, I concur
Concrete jungle stagnates, all flow
To remain in it’s clutch
Would be far too much
It’s energy rips at the soul
Of course said she
I miss running free
Hidden, secure beyond the knoll
Forest opened a path, it made clear
To beckon her near
I offer safe healing, from view
She disrobed as she ran, swift in the breeze
Police gave chase, but all fell to their knees
For she vanished they knew not, what to do
Twas weeks in their hunt
“How’d she pull such a stunt?”
Had them all query their minds
And as for the lass
She lay warm in the grass
In a dimension, that they’ll never find
