Bugs you, doesn't it? Yep,the Meek will inherit the Dearth!
still yearning for the Unearned, are you! Wannabe Co-Regent of things you have never created? Your Mindset isn't far removed from the Socialist thinking! After all, they just took out God and replaced Him with Society! All the other trappings are the same! Same Mysticism! Nothing changed!
Brevievik uses the unabomber Ted Kacyznski manifesto as his main source of material for his manifesto. He copied it nearly word for word. Substituting Muslim and multi cultural for the unibomber's leftist and left. Ted Kacyznski was non religious. Nor were his victims selected because of some religion that Kaczynski practiced.
Former FBI agent Turckie, who supervised the unabomber hunt and capture, said he sees 'similarities' in the two men.
Kacyznski was a anarchist. Will site later in the post. His manifesato called for a world wide revolution against the "industrial-technology system." that hurting the environment.
Within the American anarchist community. There are persons that act with violence and those that simply 'talk and write' of anarchy, the overthrow of the government or established powers. Kaczynski, Loughner, and now Breivik all step across the 'line of talk and write' to the 'actual act of violence and murder' for their ideological message.
See it is Brevivik choice of a target that keeps this from being a religious hate crime. He chooses the government of Norway to attack.
Albertaghost: And what religious beliefs? And how is this an act of terrorism rather than a simple case of mass murder? Terrorism is designed to be a seemingly random act for the purpose of achieving a political goal. By killing a bunch of people and imprisoning the main leader of the organization which effectively ends the political life of the group, it also ends the goal.
Compared to Islamic Qutbist organizations this one man show is nothing and this thread is crap posted by a terrorist apologist.
His ideology - anti multiculturism, extreme right, anti immigration
people like him are the seeds of extremism .. they must be crushed .. the fact that he was so merciless on those teenagers who did not have anything to defend themselves .. apalling that he was stalkin and chasin them to kill.
scary thing is people like him still out there... ( he said in the court that two extremist cells helped him..)

No, he said in court there were two more cells. There is no evidence if they participated or not. But I fully expect that you want them "crushed"?

To my knowledge there is no particular cross used in Freemasonry. The reason being is you do not have to be christian to be a member just believe in a God. Any God.
Breivik describes himself as a cultural Christian. In fact, Breivik hadn't been to church since he was a teenager, when he chose to be baptised at the age of 15. Moreover, Breivik's manifesto explicitly states "I'm not going to pretend I'm a very religious person, as that would be a lie", calls religion a crutch and says "I've always been very pragmatic and influenced by my secular surroundings and environment"; regarding the term "cultural Christian" which he says means preserving European culture, he notes "It is enough that you are a Christian-agnostic or a Christian atheist (an atheist who wants to preserve at least the basics of the European Christian cultural legacy..." Furthermore, Breivik explicitly stated that he did not "have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and God." In addition to his interest in the "culture" of Christianity, Breivik appears to have been interested in occultism and neopaganism, in addition to his Freemasonry, and interwove esoteric Masonic ideas, Templar myths and the like into his worldview. Breivik also quoted Richard Dawkins, a militant atheist who's also a self described "cultural Christian" and proposed the slogan "Atheists for Jesus". , in his manifesto.

Wiki... Not what I'd call a very religious guy...
Reposted.
"The Oslo bombing was intended to be an execution of the party's current leaders. The massacre at the camp—where young would-be politicians gathered to hear speeches by Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg and former Prime Minister Gro Harlem Brundtland—was meant to destroy its next generation of leaders."

Olsojente: Can't say I know a lot about it, but here it's the Swedish rite, and from what I've read it's Christianity...
"The Swedish Rite demands members be Christian and not just that they believe in a supreme being." from one of my best friends.... wiki...
As I quoted from the wiki The Grand Lodge has followed the Swedish Rite since 1818, which requires its members to adhere to Christianity.
Nothing in that statement says you have to be a christian. Only that you espouse to live a christian lifestyle. IE set a good example of the Lodge by doing right and always trying to improve yourself.
Olsojente: Yes, as according to him, in his twisted mind, the politicians, and in particular the Labour party was to blame for the "islamisation" of Norway...

Ah, but then if you go look up Swedish Rite...
