Actually the definition of what Terrorist act is, and what has happened in Norway - - - one can say it was a Christian Fundamentalist Terrorist Act - - - Terrorist act in it self has nothing to do with religion, it is an act of aggression it refers to those violent acts which are intended to create fear (terror), are perpetrated for a religious, political or ideological goal, and deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants (civilians).
So there you have it Muslims or Communist brigades of 60's and 70's or IRA or any other group don't own the "title" - - - - Christians can own it too

Ah, but there is the rub. The anger and outrage we feel at senseless acts of terrorism, and the "We will strike back" emotion, will leave you sad and dumbfounded when your friends do not support you. When they say you are simply acting out of emotion, that retaliation is not the answer, that protectionism is in itself a form of Terrorism. You will be called a war monger, and be accused of not truly acting out of self defense, but rather for oil, greed, and power......Call it resistance....a political one...

Protection is not retaliation. Going after the perpetrators and attempting to stop them and their support systems from future acts, is reactionary, yes. Emotional, yes. Being proactive makes the most sense to me. I want desperately to keep my nieces and nephews and friends safe. I want your family and future generations to be safe. It is an emotional reaction to cowards and the senseless loss of lives.
