I dated one gal and it didn't matter which side I was on. She always had me pushed over to the last 1 ft. of the bed. Once night I got up, walked around to the other side. Within 1/2 hour I was squeezed out again.
I would have been better off to curl up at the foot of the bed like a dog.
dcj22: It's actually nice and polite to let others do some of the threads instead of taking up the whole first page with meaningless stuff.
Hhm ... I truly don't get where you're coming from ... I've seen a few of your comments like this lately to new members. Does not everyone have the right to make a post and/or thread of their choosing? Should we start to limit the number of posts or threads per day? I've seen a lot of meaningless posts/threads by regular members here - so to make this point to some when there are many guilty of the same seems uncalled for.
As to the question of the thread ............. I'll take the right side and most of the covers because I love to snuggle and keep warm.
I guess its all in one's perspective ........... because I didn't even realize that he'd created that many threads and they certainly haven't annoyed me. When I think of annoying - what comes to my mind is the guy with the bunny (lol) and he only made one or two threads at best. So I guess for myself its how the actual person comes across.
I agree that you've the right to state your opinion and to speak up ... so why not voice your thoughts/concerns to CS to limit the number of threads per day per member? Don't think that there's anything wrong with that and perhaps people will take more thought into making a thread when they only have a limited amount. Perhaps we need to do the same for posts by members as well - seems most are trivial anyways.
Many of us have asked for thread limits. I didn't mean to upset anyone, but honestly, if I'd made such a nuisance of myself so that people might not think as kindly of me in the future when I first came, I would have appreciated someone telling me.

And you're right, bunny dude was, imo, damn rude.
I'm not saying that ......... I'm just saying that why are we not treating "older members" who constantly make trivial threads in the same fashion as "new members" who justed joined? There are a few older members who plug up the forums as well - doesn't make them any less annoying does it?
I personally just think that if some members are allowed to post thread after thread and no one says anything .............. then let the new members do it too without saying anything. Its hard enough to get new people to join never mind telling them what they can and cannot do as per the perceptions of the older members (and nothing to do with the rules).
Or to solve the problem altogether - limit the number of threads that can be made per day per member and have it equal for everyone.
I have to say I agree with Langley. I have seen long time members do the same and it's taken on board as funny.
I personally don't care how long someone has been here. It's annoying ! and say so.
I can fully understand what Dana is saying too. I usually say my peice now and move along. Whilst posts are being carried out in them, they will continue to be there.

There was this one woman, every morning would wake up lying on my back. She said I was more comfortable than the bed, and she nicknamed me.....''Johnny Mattress.''

I do agree with this. And I know at times things have been said about older members who post too many trivial threads, it's just that the mods have never seen fit to limit the number.

To limit the number of threads to three per member per day sounds great to me.....
But that wont stop some members bumping a dozen of their old threads at one time and filling the first page anyway...
