Yes, i have piercings , but not tongue, i have heard it is for stimulation. They have piercings everywhere, places i would do.

A dentist friend of mine has told me that tongue piercings (long term) cause horrendous damage to the teeth. Eventually, the teeth are destroyed by the dental version of the death of a thousand cuts, inflicted by the metal hitting them again and again.

.....outer piercings...do heal....but in some cases .....like a woman i know had it taken out..(tongue) because it became infected.....she could have lost her tongue....no joke.

I have not returned yet R. Am joining a club this week and will let you know my first score in a round of golf for 5 years. Only been to a driving range 3 times since I came home so am not overly hopeful
