Not if it was by linguistic theories including personal ones, and a pretty face alone. That, I think, is impossible. Some affections could arise, that could potentially lead to the promised land, but not more than that.
I don't think you can truly love someone, until you know them. They can turn you on, by seeing their photo's. And knowing their likes, and dislikes can help the process. But true love comes with time.

I agree Jill. Without seeing the person either in the flesh or on Webcam and hearing their voice, I am always skeptical that the "lady" might be a male or a young woman. Sure, one can get hooked and thats a shame but to say "LOVE" is false.

Been there, done that, and when we finally did meet up in person the feelings that we had established during our online romance were reciprocated and validated. Only try this if you are totally intune to your intuition! Your gut instinct will prove right the majority of the time if you are sensitive to it's utterances.
