Age does matter and as I have grown up I believe this more and more. I have nothing in common with younger men who know nothing of any memories I have or knowledge of the events of world history that has taken place during my life. The question "where were you when Kennedy died" now gets the response "who is Kennedy?"!!!!!! The question only serves those who has a complex about growing older and need to justify themselves going out with much younger women or men or should I say girls and boys. I am for ageing and the memories and experience it brings. Besides which, there is no option after all. Plastic surgery does not stop the ageing process and there are many bits of plastic body parts lying in coffins.

Funny thing with me, I'm much more likely to date a man 10 years older than me instead of a man younger than me. I find that with age comes maturity...esp for men. (Not always true, but usually.) However, I wouldn't rule out dating a man because he was younger if everything else clicked.
I actually have a man in my life who loves me dearly, wears it on his sleeve and everyone knows it, but won't date me because he keeps telling me he's too old for me (one of his excuses). When he's being honest, it comes down to being scared to love again because of what his ex-wife did to him. So, instead he acts like a jerk and won't talk to me at all...just stares daggers if I'm talking to another man.
His loss, the idiot. (So, it doesn't always bring maturity

I said yes, however to a point. I don't mind the company of women older than myself, but I do have limitations
well its not the actual age, its the difference in people, the larger the age gap the bigger difference the personalities generally are, because they grew up at different times and generations but if i like someone older than me and they are interested in me i will go for it
