Personally I think Its a bit of everything. Good genes, life style, how happy you are as a person. Im a gran and get complimented all the time on how young I look. Id say that was cos I smile loads and am a positive person ... oh and drink loads of water ....lol Not to mention, date younger men ... they keep me younger ;)

I definitely look younger than I am. My profile pics are 2 1/2 years old.
Rweamatch: I've always had a babyface. So aging has helped a bit.
I looked about 13 years old when I had my daughter and still got treated like an irresponsible slapper of a teenage mum right up until my 30's, so I'm going to agree with you there. Now I get treated like a 'respectable' mother when I'm out with my granddaughter.
Being refered to as my daughter's 'little friend' (I'm five inches taller than she is!) by the local pensioners was just plain funny.
Not getting sold child tickets to the cinema (without asking) after I hit 40 was a bit of bummer, though.
It's a good sign that I don't get asked if I want a senior discount when I go to the checkout counter.
I slater my face in moisturizer every day and night so my skin looks good without makeup. Before I gained weight people thought my daughter and I were sisters.
Attitude is worse because I'm not as naive as I was 20 years ago.
Externally I'm doing okay.....Internally is another story.
