marriage is a made up institution ,at some moment in time tied to reproduction or procreation ,recently, its a written contract ( one that doesn`t make much sense to me)
Blain69: Question was designed to prove a point based on scientific evidence.
LOL What point and what scientific evidence? Based on the content of the poll and its obvious limitations, all you've proven is that you are not very bright and probably not very educated and simply do not know how to think.

charliejapartee: if i was a believer i would say his perfect plan was for man and woman to mate. marriage is a human made thing.

Rubicon76: There is no God so there is no plan. Any apparent design is purely a product of nature's drive for change.
Au contraire, my friend. Reverse that thought, and you would then be right.
Charlie and Venus - "if i was a believer i would say his perfect plan was for man and woman to mate. marriage is a human made thing."
Wrong again. Charlie is right in the first part, in that it was God's perfect plan for a man and a woman to marry. But Charlie and Venus err on the latter part, because marriage was instituted by God, and God alone, when Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden. That's why they were allowed to be together. God considered them to be married. It was a perfect world then, until Adam did his thing with the fruit.

What an active imagination...so, ANYWAY, gay marriage will be a reality and people who believe in invisible men who live in the sky will be an endangered species some day soon.

1.IF, i was i ain't. 2.that story is BS. 3.AND adam did WHAT with the fruit? ALONE?
Then again, God's perfect design was for us to all run around naked (and not be ashamed) in the Garden of Eden. To live in paradise with no sin and the consequences of it. To enjoy the labor of work, and to have no pain in childbirth. To know no sorrow. To know no pain. To live in perfect communion with Him.
Our choice is never between "perfect" and something else. It's always "something else" because perfect doesn't exist here. Even though some may select "Christian and Yes" that doesn't necessarily mean they believe gays and lesbians should live in quiet aloneness, knowing neither the touch of a lover nor the companionship of a soulmate.
