During the proceeding, Nagamine argued that Duncan Sunahara’s request did not derive from a true interest to examine or obtain a copy of his sister’s original birth records, to which he was entitled under Hawaii law. Nagamine insisted his underlying interest was to produce evidence in Obama’s birth controversy, to which he was not entitled under Hawaii law.
Nagamine argued that the original 1961 birth certificate records were delicate and needed protection, and accessing them was burdensome.
But to get the long form you actually do have to go to the vault. And the records that are in the vault have been bound in volumes, not just the one, not just plaintiff’s sister’s records, but other records from around that time of birth, for example, in this case, the president’s birth certificate, which we know this is all about.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Nearly 6 million Americans — most of them in the middle class — will face a tax penalty for not carrying medical coverage once President Barack Obama's health care overhaul law is fully in place, congressional budget analysts said Wednesday.
The new estimate amounts to an inconvenient fact for the administration, a reminder of what critics see as broken promises.
The numbers from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office are significantly higher than a previous projection by the same office in 2010, shortly after the law passed.
The earlier estimate found 4 million people would be affected in 2016, when the penalty is fully in effect. The difference — 2 million people— represents a 50 percent increase.
That's still only a sliver of the population, given that more than 150 million people currently are covered by employer plans. Nonetheless, in his first campaign for the White House, Obama pledged not to raise taxes on individuals making less than $200,000 a year and couples making less than $250,000.
And the budget office analysis found that nearly 80 percent of those who'll face the penalty would be making up to or less than five times the federal poverty level. Currently that would work out to $55,850 or less for an individual and $115,250 or less for a family of four.
Average penalty: about $1,200 in 2016.
"The bad news and broken promises from Obamacare just keep piling up," said Rep. Dave Camp, R-Mich., chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, who wants to repeal the law.

WASHINGTON, September 16, 2012 ? It turns out that a hate-filled movie that ridicules Islam also involved a major Obama donor Bill Maher. Our friend John Nolte of Big Hollywood and Breitbart.com writes:
"Bill Maher made a comedy/documentary called "Religulous" that's most famous for mercilessly mocking Christianity. But what people forget is that the last twenty-minutes or so of the film make a damning case against Islam. Bill Maher made a film that mocked Islam. Oh, yes, he did. Bill Maher also contributed $1 million to a pro-Obama super PAC."
Trying to appease the anti-American and anti-Semitic bigots in the Muslim world, as well as to redirect everyone's attention from their own failed policies, White House spokesman Jay Carney and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton self-righteously blamed a recently surfaced "movie" as the reason for the Muslim riots.
However, in retrospect, that cheesy and hopelessly bungling "trailer" of "the movie" had been sitting on YouTube for months without much of an impact - just like Bill Maher's well-produced, well-financed, and similarly unwatchable faith-bashing film had been out for years since its release in 2008.
Doubling down on a lie and further shifting focus away from this administration, the pro-Obama "sin-eaters" in the national media were quick to blame Israel and the Jews for "the movie" by printing unverified and false reports about "the Israeli connection."
Those reports were proven to be a lie. At the same time, Bill Maher was, and continues to be, Jewish.
John Nolte notes that, in the eyes of Obama and his team, "some anti-Islamic filmmakers are more equal than others." Apparently, in the eyes of his subservient media, some Jews are also more equal than others.

OMG! I checked on the link and it was all there! For the second time tonight all I can say is "Holy Smokes." If this turns out to be true - I'm SURE it would be easy to verify by looking at Maher's movie - then poor Obama will have an even worse week than he is now.
