President Obama Lies to Univision About Operation Fast and Furious
Yesterday, Univision reporter Jorge Ramos did the job the American press won't do by asking Barack Obama tough questions, including questions on the topic of Fast and Furious. Obama of course tried to dodge the question by falsely citing Fast and Furious as starting under the Bush Administration. In reality, Fast and Furious was initiated in September 2009 and was carried out starting in October 2009, well into President Obama's first term. From the Univision interview:

Obama: “I think it’s important for us to understand that the Fast and Furious program was a field-initiated program begun under the previous administration. When Eric Holder found out about it, he discontinued it. We assigned a inspector general to do a thorough report that was just issued, confirming that in fact Eric Holder did not know about this, that he took prompt action and the people who did initiate this were held accountable.”

A few things.
1) As I said above, Fast and Furious started in Fall 2009, President George W. Bush left office well before then.

Attorney General Eric Holder told the DOJ Inspector General he didn't know about Fast and Furious until January or February of 2011, he told Congress in May 2011 he had known about the program only for "a few weeks." Based on that timeline, how did Holder "shut it down" when the program was shut down before he admits to even knowing about it?
3) People still haven't been held accountable. Resignations and retirements are not firings and Holder gave those named in the IG report at "responsible" glowing reviews in a statement he released Wednesday.

Indeed, 53 percent of respondents looked favorably upon the rebuke of Holder’s unwillingness to hand over documents related to the Fast and Furious gun-walking program, while 33 percent disapproved of the vote. 13 percent had no opinion.
5) If this was a "field initiated program" then why in the world was it necessary for President Obama to assert executive privilege over thousands of Fast and Furious documents on behalf of Holder?
6) While attorney generals have been asked to resign for far less than failing to do anything about a program allowing the trafficking of thousands of weapons to Mexican narco terrorists, resulting in hundreds of cold blooded murders, Holder still has a job and Obama has no plans to fire him.
This isn't the first time Obama has been asked by Ramos about the scandal. Obama was questioned on his knowledge of the program in March 2011. Talking points sound familiar? That's because they are.

But this one is not going to give a momentum to Romney what so ever since Romney and his team are going to make as miserable as possible for immigrants till they self deport... A Florida Democrat who went to court to determine whether Barack Obama is qualified for the office of president is asking the First District Court of Appeal there to order legal “discovery” in the case, a process in which each side examines evidence held by the other.

The arguments were filed by attorney Larry Klayman, founder of both Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, who is being assisted in the case by a special Constitution Action fund. The case is on behalf of Michael Voeltz, a registered member of the Democratic Party of Florida.
“Appellee Obama conspicuously offered no evidence to the contrary and instead asked for a stay of discovery in order to avoid a proper determination of his citizenship. With only appellant’s affidavits in front of him as no contra-affidavits were put forth by appellee Obama, Judge Lewis ignored this sworn evidence and incorrectly determined that appellee Obama was a natural born citizen,” the filing explains.
It continues: “A question of fact such as this cannot be determined without the parties having been given the opportunity to take discovery. Appellant was not permitted to investigate through discovery or even observe the underlying documents that allegedly establish appellee Obama’s natural born citizenship.
“If appellee Obama was born outside of the United States then he is not a natural born citizen, or even a citizen. In addition to being born within the United States, as noted above, a natural born citizen must be born to two U.S. citizen parents. If it is shown through discovery that Barack H. Obama Sr., appellee Obama’s father, was not a U.S. citizen at the time of appellee Obama’s birth, then appellee Obama is clearly not a natural born citizen as required by the U.S. Constitution.”
The case seeks to exclude Obama from the 2012 ballot. Klayman and Voeltz claim that Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, because he was born a British subject.
The case cited the evidence produced by Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s special investigative unit, which has asserted that the birth documentation from Hawaii that Obama claimed was “proof positive” of his Hawaiian birth is not real.
A Florida Democrat who went to court to determine whether Barack Obama is qualified for the office of president is asking the First District Court of Appeal there to order legal “discovery” in the case, a process in which each side examines evidence held by the other.
“Appellant submitted multiple sworn affidavits setting forth the fraudulent nature of Appellee Obama’s birth certificate and other identifying documents,” said the appeal of a decision by Judge Terry Lewis, who said Obama is eligible and the case shouldn’t go forward.

The Romney's gave $4m to charity. Far surpassing the Obama's $162,000 to charity donation.
The DEM are critical of Romney for not claiming all of his deductions.
Saying that this is political motivated.LOL........well his five sons are adults....with families and full time employment....so legally he cannot claim them.
I just absolutely love it, when DEM fall on the laws of the land...that they helped to make. They age from 30 to 41 years in age. Making claiming them as a deductions illegal.
Then again if they were still living in his house....with Obama poster on the ceiling of the bedroom.....am pretty sure the IRS would consider that a legal deduction.
