Is dating really fun? (51)
joyaepace: My sister things dating is fun, I don't feel that way. It feels same to me like looking for work or accommodation and such, and I just would not be bothered most of the time. I would like my love just to turn up one day without me doing anything! What do you think? Is dating fun and is it worth a bother?
I would love it if I just opened the door and there he was. My mister perfect for me. 
Dating should be fun. But sometimes when ones plate in life is full it can be inconvienent. I have told friends of mine I feel this way and they say I am going to be alone a long time with that attitude

But how did people find mates when there was no online dating? Did they actually date so much? Or just married when someone more or less suitable turned up?

I dated. Then when I found Mr Right I dated him for a few years before marrying. After he passed away and I found out about online dating I was estactic 
Then 
I found out about how people really can be in life 
I do know they use to have dating agency here. So maybe some used them before online dating

I enjoy dating time...
it is good to do dating in many occasions to get to know each other better before engagement...and it is impossible if we expect that one day somebody will turn up without any effort involved...
