In my opinion people start asking themselves that question when they have too much free time on their hands, that time could be spent doing the things you enjoy and/or else getting stuck into some training course that will help you on your journey to that "better" place in life that you want to reach

I am content with my life at the moment, I know I will see happiness at some stage, and sadness at others.
Happiness comes and goes, I enjoy it while it is there, and mourn it's passing, but I think the notion that we are suppose to be HAPPY 24 hours a day 7 days a week is one of the greatest myths of the modern era.
If met a person who grinned from ear to ear all day long, everyday, I would be worried, either that they are on some seriously strong medication, or that they should be put on some seriously strong medication.

Nicely put marsman people who constantly smile just have the mask on , the majority of these kind of people are depressed some pillars of society street angels house devil.lm very wary of these sort of people, overall im pretty content tired long day working but I take it one day at a time
