Thats very witty. If it means what I think it means
nonsmoker: Be it sport, crime, Law enforcement home security. Have you held one. And its HOLD as in to PICK UP. not to be confused with LICENSED TO CARRY.
I have held literally thousands including assault rifles.
When I was in my mid 20's and married my partner and I moved to New Orleans for a job transfer he received. I looked for a job and landed an interview with a company called Elliot's Small Arms. I had no idea it was a gun shop, not to mention the largest in New Orleans. The name of the shop didn't give it away because I knew nothing about guns at the time.
Long story short, I walked in for my interview for a secretarial position and was shocked by the site of all the guns and began to leave. The owner talked me into staying for the interview and offered me the job because he liked my credentials, qualities and personality and offered me a hefty hourly + commision job. I turned it down but he insisted I give it a try. I ended up learning about thousands of models and ammo, learned how to shoot, break down and clean a gun/rifle and put it back together and became their#1 sales woman and made tons of money for myself and the company.
It was one of my favorite jobs ever but I would never want to use one in self defense. I'd rather kick-box someone's *ss!
