Courage...yes that's a convenient label to attach. But what does it mean, where does the courage come from? How many times have you heard of people performing great acts of bravery in the course of selflessly saving others? Where does that bravery come from?...Think about it.
As for my little mantra...if it's not for you, that's fine, but there is solace to be found in it for some people, I can assure you of that.

I am getting jealous, over here it is cold, rainy and windy- i would like to live in a warmer country.I dont like cold weather.

That is the kind of love that matters, not what our culture calls love, with it's love songs and poems...that isn't love at all, that's the opposite of love. That's desire, control and possessiveness. It's manipulation, fear and anxiety.
To really love you have to love yourself first, and I mean truly love yourself...that is the hardest part.
I posted this earlier in another thread, but it's worth saying to yourself now and again, the results can be quite overwhelming.
