To Love, because to "be Loved" is to allow someone to Love you. For that to happen all barriers have to be dropped and all walls must be broken down. You must allow yourself to be vulnerable.....and that i think for me is harder.

Adding to this and based on my own personal experience, when I express love, it usually comes back. In some cases, one can express love and become a doormat. I really do believe there needs to be a healthy balance of expression.
