1. Honesty. Great. Unless they use that honesty to run you down.
2. Generosity. Great. Unless it leads to mismanagement and poverty.
3. Sensitivity. Great. Unless it creates an environment of trepidation and fear and loathing. (which it often does).
4. Dependability. (You can depend on a problem drinker to be a loser). Kapiche?

I think all four are important but of course honesty tops it.......however, just the thought of a finding a partner with all those qualities; now that would be like winning the lotto!!
