If you don't believe in god (I'm an atheist) then there can not be a purpose for human life on this planet. We are simply here. The notion there has to be a purpose for life, or the meaning of it, is an empty question. To live out your life is your only purpose.

I disagree, there is some difference's between human rebirth and other forms of rebirth, one is an enhanced ability to reason. What people do with there short temporary human experience is quite another matter.

I am part Christian / Buddism :-
Human beings have been on this planet +40,000 years. We r evolving by the second. Soon earth will burst it's seams and all resources will fade away, as it is doing already. We need to start focusing more on the brain than the brawn. Earth is just a stepping stone to where we do not as yet know. (Shortened version)

Everything is the reflection/contemplation of love or (itself)is Love, and the purpose of human life is on this planet is to understand the Love and follow through on our lives (As our approach to understand).
Coz the Human is courteous then all other existences/creations, so have priority/rights to share it (Love)to realize its supreme values.
