Every time I read the declaration on independence, in the hall of Philadelphia international airport terminal, I realize that we must do that one more time, exactely in the same fashion, and never let those reptilians get in, through the back door. We never learn, do we? Human sickness and stupidity, what can I say.

Indyfella: I sold one of my duplexes 3 years ago to someone I knew couldn't afford it.
It's been re-possessed. I can buy it back at 50% of what I sold it for.

Be interesting as to where else he breaks his word
Paulababy20: My personal answer is SUCKS all the way! Im glad I didn't vote for him. The Democrats in Congress have screwed up this country and now they have a President bent on sealing the deal. God help us all....ROMNEY/JINDAHL..OR PALIN/JINDAHL..2012!!!!

She was an older lady and it was her first home purchase. I don't think she had a clue as to the cost of maintaining a home/rental.
Had I not sold it to her, I'd probably had a lawsuit against me and had to pay the 7% realtor's fee.
