It's hard to pick one here. There are times for different types of humour. Dry is good when you are at work, but then so is irony and satire, and you can't forget sarcastic. There are time, like with my nephews that crazy is much appreciated, on of course, juvenile. I'm going with (H)-all of the above plus.
Well. I Never Joke. Except every other moment of the day. A pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel in his pants. The bartender says "Dude, you have a steering wheel in your pants!" The pirate says "Arrrrr, and it's drivin' me nuts."

Very good........ and I asked if somebody was 'well read' the other day - and a friend replied:

"Humor.... what is your favourite kind"?
The kind that's spelled correctly works for me....
Nahh, seriously (hmmm....) I love satire and a very dry wit. I am not keen on simplistic humour (e.g. slapstick/obvious), I prefer a more complex humour where one needs to read between the lines. A clever play on words tickles my funny bone.
I am very often facetious but only out of playfulness....
my bf is quick and witty. i love it. i have a friend who is loud, quick, a bit over the top and unpredictable. i love it too. lol they arent mean though or put put others down, no feelings get hurt.
I have tickets to see Carlos Mencia next Friday night. He produces some of the best humor I enjoy. I like Ron White, Jay Leno, Sarah Silverman, Cheech & Chong, and Jack Black.

Well spotted Rose, yeh my smelling is reely crepe, or wot
Since I decided to use the US spelling of "humour" I just decided to carry on the trend
I normally don't post on these forums, but this one is right up my alley. I love all kinds of jokes and joking around.
How about the country kids that get married and come home after their honeymoon to live with her parents on the farm. After 3 days the kids had not left the bedroom, worried the father went upstairs and knocked on the door. He said" Are you kids alright in there, we haven't seen you since you home." The daughter replies, "Don't bother us dad we're living off the fruit of love" To which the father replies, "That's OK but quit throwing your peelings out the window, their choking my geese."
Or
Did you hear about the 2 old maids on a drunk Yup, they darn near killed him
FYI ..... Poll resuts are as follows. ( over 94 votes )
Favourite was CRAZY... 31%, then WISECRACK.... 24%, DRY.... 18%
the bottom type was BLUE.
One observation I make from the stats is that our humor changes as we age, for both men and women. After 40 women rapidly become extremely DRY and for some reason this makes the 40+ men less CRAZY

I love dry humor, like Steven Wright. Always have, btw, has nothing to do with being over 40.
I also love slapstick, and then just "humor". You know...Billy Engeval, Jeff Foxworthy, Ron White, Bill Cosby, Bob Hope (when he was alive), Robin Williams. I don't know what category any of them would fit in, so I just listed some of my favorite comedians to give you an idea of what/who I find funny.
Someone just goofing off and acting silly will get a good laugh out of me as well.
