RebeccaWYR: Of course tibet is more beautiful than london Otherwise i won't quit my job for the trip I'm looking forward to the so called altitude sickness
If you think Tibet belongs to china you are already suffering from some sort of sickness
RebeccaWYR: ya, it's better to suffer from the sickness now, so i can adapt to it and don't have to suffer it again when i really go there
All in all, quite a good response. I imagine a lot of people in the US feel exactly the same way in regards to Iraq and probably most of Europe; any place their occupation troops are, oops, I mean 'allied forces' are currently 'stationed' and most likely for the next 50 years at the very least, with one glaring exception: Vietnam. They lost by cutting and running as in Mogadishu. That makes it twice a low rated non white third world country gave them a bloody nose they could not handle.

Can i point something out?
The Chinese lady Rebecca was asking if anyone visited the country, not whether anyone thought what was China's foreign policy was.
If anyone has an issue with China's foreign policy re: Tibet, how about they contact the nearest embassy instead of going for the lady who posted the thread?

wow...thank you so much.hehe i think they just neglect the fact that i'm a CHINESE, and i was instilled the notion that tibet belongs to China when i was a student And i know tibet is politically sensitive
Anyways it's good to know other people's attitude on that
Tibet...?! This is new to me. I thought it was now called China!
