I wouldnt consider any of those to be beers, as someone has previously mentioned. With the recent rise of micro breweries and independents here in the uk we have many good beers to choose from. In fact we had our annual beer festival here in Stockport last week. All of the above mentioned would not have made it through the door.

Guinness looks like dark beer tastes like dark beer and if you drink enough of it its as good as a steak dinner lol it sort of fills you up try it with a trad irish breakfast and it good ,warning you wont be up for much the rest of the day
a one to try is Newcastle Brown Ale but it has to be drank with respect
I with friends used to go to the munich beer fest and some week we used to have there are a lot of fests in the uk durham was a great one we had to pay extra to get into the strong room and some of the drinks you could only get in half pints, silly we could drink as many halfs as pints so if you get the chance do a beer fest but beer is beer and lager dont come into it enjoy you tipple

These are not beer's they are lager mixes. old speckled hen, red admaral,worthy.that is what a real beer drinker has. Iv'e been a beer drinker for 36 years and i would not touch any of the above. Potter.
Trust me you cannot beat a good pint of bluebird bitter from the Coniston Brewery in the English Lake District. You would never drink bud again after tasting this stuff :
