I went to say hi to my female pharmacist, the only drug dealer I ever liked, but too shy to ask her out 
When I was younger I was painfully shy but out grew it for the most part. I can tell or feel it if I happen to be interested in the person I am trying to speak with. but once the ice is broken things flow relatively well.

Or make them uncomfortable, In the forums it is easy. Personal e-mail and stuff, hard as hell for me. I do take chances every now and again, and reach out privately, but I never really know for sure. I guess not being able to read their body language makes it hard too.
