I think the answer to this question is the man who takes care of her all the time and long before they get into bed. I truly believe a women can be satisfied if the stage is set and the time is taken to allow her to enjoy the moment.
I know I'm the best in bed because a little voice in my head told me so (of course I was holding a gun to the little voice in my head's head).
