My own, in order of importance:

SELF CONFIDENCE - If SHE likes her, chances are I will too.
The ability to carry on an intelligent conversation.
A sense of independence (but not TOO much of that).
Small chested - For some reason that lights all my candles.

Oh yeah...she also has to love cats, flying, and gourmet food.
