So. That leaves 2 countries: Russia and Canada. I think Canada is free, and with that freedom there comes responsibility and I think Canadians handle their freedom well... Russia is more licentious - abusive of their freedom.

We have a similar situation here in Canada with Quebec'. A "Nation" within a Nation. But most out west do not even regard Quebec as a valid part of Canada....except when elections come around.

If you mean the freedom of speech and freedom of travel then the only countries that do not have it are Cuba, N Korea and maybe China to some extent. Maybe some other countries in Africa or Asia that have military dictatorships now, but I am not sure if any of them have it now.

Steve5721: Sorry love, but England is a country in it's own right. 4 Countries make up the United Kindom, then we have Great Britain which is 3 countries...plus outlaying islands.
