My dear man, you have just made a proposal of marriage to Oslo, in front of about 1.5million witnesses - Just when things were working out rather nicely for a well organised Get-Together in Barcelona! Now we have to wait and see if Oslo has stopped running!!!! I can see the dust from here, even with the Alps inbetween.......
