Obama and his family had a long history in that Church. That meant nothing to him. All he gave a damn about was the votes. A man of honor would have explained the simple truth about his Minister's style. Barry Obama is not such a man.

Having had the pleasure/honor of being a police officer in the past, and someone who was stopped for a violation, and was asked for some ID, and they refused to produce such ID...I'd have to take him/her to jail, and figure out who he/she was.

Some of those preachers are way out there. I was at one where the minister kept going on about how we all should be going to hell and we deserved it. He was going into all sorts of detail about our evil ways and the like. Just when people were starting to get worried he pauses and says, "But you're not going to hell as much as you, and even myself deserve it. Let me tell you why..." Then he goes into the salvation message about how our price had already been paid.
The locals loved the guy. Even though they knew what was coming they were sweating for a while.
I'm a New England girl. I didn't think too much of it but once I got that it was just his way of giving the word it was a little easier on my head.
