Obama needs the approval of the people of the USA and that is fast dwindling. Unless there are a few more disasters for him to make comforting speeches on you will soon see his rating drop drastically.

Rev Wright is a Charismatic preacher (It's a style Dude, not a comment on his personality), they speak that way to shock people into thinking. The follow up is usually the qualification and/or cure.
