I don't think there is one thing more important than any other, the whole person is the best answer. I am attracted to a good sense of humour, intelligence, honesty, a down to earth perspective, sense of adventure, sensitivity, and kindness. The physical side is only important to the extent I am physically attracte: there are no specific requirements. The bottom line it is the whole person.

truth is, they all have some level of importance...

looks...first attraction of the visual senses...
morales...core values...
s.o.h...for me this is the clincher...wins by a mile...
first move...debatable...
intelegence...hard to have a good conversation by yourself...
athletic...As if i could comment!....
wealth...just happy to go dutch, deffo no sponges...
distance...can be a deal breaker, we dont all have the time for travel...
talents...its good that we have things were good at, can be an ice breaker in those quiet moments...
nothing...fair comment, but realisticly, it has to be a mix of things...well, thats my opinion based on a number of meets / dates...
