By the way Dude? You are such an Obama fan. Have you seen the most recent Un-employment numbers in the US? You are afraid to report this:
Hot_Single_Dude: Yeah a new car is really expensive over here compairing to england and else where due to a lot money paid as registration and stuff ...
OK...good enough...Allow me to get to the point that I will make...OK...It is now abundently clear why you are for mass transit....the bottom line is you don`t have much of an alternate choice...{right?} It would seem that when governments set up a system precluding choices by consumers as in the example of your countries mass transit....Well...can you see my point?....So the question that I would pose at this juncture is if you had some other choices to get around would you be so dead set on ONE system?.....After all.....Denmark has purposely set up a system to preclude the masses from other choices when it comes to transit. It would seem unless you are at the high end of the economic ladder it would be pretty hard to afford to operate an automoble in your country.
So a thousand Horsepowers of a Train use less energy than a Thousand Horsepowers elsewhere?
Most of the idea is also a bout less dependende on oil generally and less dependence of foreign oil for America so dictatorships as Saudi or Iran end making so much money and funding terrorism as they do.
Americans have a long history of opposition to secret police forces, but that era may now be drawing to a close.
Barack Obama recently signed an amendment to Executive Order 12425. Obama’s amendment to Executive Order 12425 gives Interpol authorization to operate in the United States and exempts them from all U.S. laws.
Interpol’s records are exempt from FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) queries and are not even vulnerable to subpoena by a court order.
Andy McCarthy asks the right questions in Why Does Interpol Need Immunity From American Law?:
Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law-enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize?
I am not really worried about European secret police working in the United States. I can’t see German cops kicking in doors in the American suburbs, looking for traitors to the Obama regime. To best honest, I can’t take them seriously — Americans would kill them. The average American teenager is more than a match for the typical Eurocop. They are simply out of their league. As Rick said to Major Strasser in Casablanca when asked if he could imagine Germans in New York, “Well there are certain sections of New York, Major, that I wouldn’t advise you to try to invade.”
What I am worried about though is that these aren’t Europeans. Interpol agents working in America are Americans. Worse, they are Americans who are recruited and paid by the executive branch of our federal government — i.e. Barack Obama.
What Obama has done, in a very creative way, is create his own secret police force which is above all American law — even the U.S. Constitution — and shield it completely from transparency. Not even the U.S. Congress has the authority to access the records of American Interpol agents working in the United States — following the secret orders of Barack Obama.
If that doesn’t worry you, you’re not paying attention.

I agree. Denmark politics is really about nothing. No one there of any substance.
Hot_Single_Dude: Elections and campaines need money and of course the first lady participates in fundrisings for the Democratic party. And what a bout ur guys? Where do they get their money for campaines? American election is a huge event and cost billions and the money is needed in order to win. Better this than Bush raised money for the old war moger dude behind close doors back then any way... Is the Baboon nice to reborn Bush by the way? Any internal news a bout this?
The only reason Obama needs billions is to "re-sell" a bad product. Much like trying to sell a windmill powered car. (once ya get it out of the ditch)

But most of us do care a lot a bout air quality over here you see? If gas was really cheap then sure... more folks would become eager to by cars and then air quality would decline over here as never before and so on but still strong grassroot organisations and beside a bigger amount of interest on politics and many political parties to choose from and so on, making people lean toward clean energy environment generally. We got out own oil fields but never only rely on those producing energy or mass producing so the price falls dramatichally... oil is not for ever and just burning it a way for the sake of more cars on roads and each family ten cars politcs is not a dansih thing what so ever and will never be I am certian. Norway the same... number one rich country on the planet, best well fare system on planet, a lot oil, most wonderful natur reservation programs on the entire planet and absolutely and Number one stonishing clean environment... and still... fuel price stays high over there and some of the the profit is saved as national reserve and beside a lot of it used on protecting their fabulous natur, on universla ehaht care, on free education and so on like in Denmark. We could here in Scandinavia kind of becoming huge fuel consumption places and just using and keep using and then seeing what happens later on but no way... we made a better choice years a go and results of this choice are really good when all counts.
"September 2008, the highest monthly unemployment rate during President George W. Bush’s two terms was 6.3 percent. The overall average monthly unemployment rate during his 8 years in office was 5.3 percent. The tax relief President Bush signed into law pulled America out of the recession he inherited in 2001 and spurred six years of uninterrupted economic growth and a record 52 straight months of job creation".
Of course Conrad! Even a Swiss can think Wow!!!!!!!!! Have you not heard a bout engines running on water? No polution and stuff what so ever? No fiction but reality and a great technology which needs huge investments in order to get developed and more aviable and America can as usual making this technology becoming perfect and aviable for all, doing the necessary investments :
OK dude, you didn't answer my response about Bush and true employment figures compared to Obama. You can't because it's a true fact. Obama inherited a recession and made it worse.
As far as the environment, answer back to this video:
Conrad! I absolutely agree with you, can I express my opinion, I am Russian living in Germany I support Obama and everything he does. He should build High speed rail and health insurance for all! He does right! He means right. And republicans want America to live in 19 century..Funny, it will never work. Give Obama chance, he corrects all the mess the previous did. It does not work overnight! It will take decades to correct, even if republicans would come, it no matter. Obama
It's not a matter of modernization projects; both dems and reps support modernization. It's simply all about who gets to keep the profit and which entities(public or private) benefit the most..MONEY is always the ground for the political divide. Being a land developer, I can attest that Dems have traditionally supported more government projects for improved public utilities, transportation, and infrastructure. Reps also want to implement many of these projects, though, they want to see this being implemented in a more "private" fashion, in the form of entrepreneurship.

johnaustin123: By the way, feauter is correctly spelled future.
More Fuel Efficient (But Expensive?) Cars Coming

Expensive now but propper and deep going investments can make these tecnologies aviable and cheap for all of course. If not investing in this, America will loose and other countries which make these investments are going to win major time.

@Dude "If gas was really cheap then sure... more folks would become eager to by cars"
Hey Dude: I really doubt that the price of gas in your country is a signicant factor in the equation to the average person in Denmark to buy a car.The compelling reason is the fact that because of high taxes {that is the policy to control the importation of automobiles}hardly anyone but the rich can afford to buy one in the first place.{Not a lot of choice there}

And so what? Security of America is the number one priority of the Obama administration and America needs these attempts in order to stop possible plans dammagaing America and american interests now and in the future. Secret police have always been there and nothing new... so what is the point any way? Even tiny Switzerland got a lot secret police for god sake!
