I hate to disappoint you but as long as the earth is spinning, oil is a natural resource that gets squeeze out from the earth's core. There's nothing to stop it. It's going to be the end of this earth when it's depleted.

I Googled it E and it's because during the pandemic life changed and this os one of the results. They should have anticipated the demand once normal life is back.

Everything is finite when it comes to existence. Oil for right now has no need for price hike because of that reason.
