Hey lach, we have done our part - shopping for Xmas is over for us and we had done our part to booze our economy too - so Santa and the government are both happy now...

Lady, hang in there. My late hubby (being the eldest) went through the same thing too. He had to be responsible for the welfare of his parents plus sisters and brothers, putting them to college etc. And when we got married, we had to continue to support the family.
