The "Resigning" part is not hard. My director is not taking it well. Secondly my director and I are very good/close friends hence the difficult part. But I've got some good advices from some nice people on here too so I'm going to use those tactics on Tuesday. Wish me luck
Let's put it this way, If my director doesn't agree to my resigning within the next two days, then I'm sure to get grumpy and I'll post. I posted one on Feb 15th pertaining to this also.
Tell her how you feel about the whole thing... If she doesn't listen, then make an exit... No point in hanging around with her, just wasting your time...
