We don't have an elderly care home here. The lady that I'm talking about is not from my town. I don't even know her. It just so happened that I met her that early morning. She's from a different town. She even told me she was brought to our town by car....very sad.....

At this point i will like to mention that an average man is constantly battling beetwen his emotions and common sense, in other words even if a man is not in the mood, there is something around his waist that is permanantly in the mood

I too hate seeing doctors when I was still growing up and right into my twenties but now that has changed after getting married and having babies.. I do a once a year medical checkup including pap smear and mammogram.
African, if you feel something is not right in your body for instance, then pls have a check up... go to 2 or 3 doctors to get their opinions for cross checking....

Just a simple - "stay safe, keep safe, be careful" is enough to make me aware that it is not safe out there - we don't know what our next footstep will bring so hey...might as well enjoy life to its fullest.....
