It reminds me of the time when I was around 20 and home on leave from the Marine Corps. My brother was a hot rodder. We were driving over to Hollywood to my sister's and had to go thru the downtown Los Angeles interchange where 4 freeways meet. Traffic wasn't to heavy. He speeded up to 105 MPH and I almost messed my pants! He scared the crep out of me! I guess I will never forget that!

I also heard that it was going to be a drier winter and warmer. I hope so. Can't take any more -35 and -40 degree weather in the winter!

Wind, I agree with you 100%. I read the same article on the internet and it made me mad. I think the only thing that can be done is for the people in those communities to contact the mayor and have the ordinance changed or write their senators and reps in congress and ask for their help.
