RE: What were we thinking? lol

I have more real good memories of the 90', but the 80' were fun also. I was very much in the new wave then...Cure, Clash, Souchie & the Banchees, Depeche Mode, U2 etc...I remember I first heard this Ozzi band...the Stranglers

Sorry, I wasnt that photo genius those days, but you gilrs looked great ans still do.

RE: How I stay positive

Jim...I agree...just swap death and taxes.. taxes mostly come before death, and after I don't think I'll really bother

RE: How I stay positive

Good blog.I don't think it is a guarantee, but it certainly helps to go forward and stay focused on where you want to go.
I like the sport example...in soccer I often saw how a cheering crowd of fans gave wings to their team. Often the players will testify how it gave them a feeling of being invincible.

RE: why do good guys always finish last

the French would say; Trop bon, trop con..

RE: Hurry ! Only while supplies last !

Does it come pocket size also? ...it needs to fit in that tiny envelope my mailbox shows.

RE: Around the corner I have a friend

G33_ Around the corner...hmmm...maybe there that beach with that house you like so much. Just hang on.

RE: It's so sad !

got to give you some credits there, so your soul isnt lost...yet. Robert Gray, now that was quite an artist, saw him live once...awesome.

RE: It's so sad !

Straight from the hip, huh...well, keep practicing. Its what I'm doing. Diversity of thoughts, that's what makes things advance.

RE: It's so sad !

By times think you talk the most creative nonsense Ive ever heard,Jim, than again, who says Im any better. but I guess that becoming happy does starts with wanting to be happy, so on that I follow. But its great to see you so self satisfied.

RE: Nightmare

rolling on the floor laughing excellent

RE: Worst Cheesy Pick Up Lines ---i have ever heard!!!

RE: Dear Dad..

Your dad must have been mighty proud having a daughter like you

RE: Help . . . What to do ? ? ?

Call him, tell him you need a new phone since the one you have is about to "die" and you dont want to miss his calls again, and tell you need his help to choose a new one...

With a bit of luck he ll pay you a new phone..

RE: what would you do in my place?

Maybe you should propose him a alternative way to have lessons, there or in Brasil, and see how he reacts...personally I would follow my first instinct, and if something doesnt feel right, then just politely say no thanks.

RE: what would you do in my place?

be careful...you know what they say about things that sound to good to be true. If its a real friend he ll understand the doubts you might feel, and remain your friend.

RE: Online Social Networks who to avoid

Well, there I go...busted and to be reported for using my real name. Virtual hell and fire are waiting for me.frustrated

RE: A wise Turtle, 'Once' said:

Very true!

RE: meant for........

If the chemistry is there and you feel like this could be it, then go for it give it all you got. Better the regret that something didn't work as you hoped, as the remorse of not having tried.

RE: everything is b4u

euhhhhh, iemand enig idee wat deze persoon precies bedoeld?mumbling

RE: The question

Gaze- Very good point- If you do meet someone here and both feel it is special enough, meet for real! And if that leads to a true relationship, one must be a fool not wanting to tell it to everyone that wants to hear it (or not), specially here.

Beside that I do think that like other places, one can have a good time hanging out, discussing, laughing, showing interest and share things.

RE: The question

Lana- If you would meet that guy in an Irish Pub or a Grand Cafe, would you stop going there because other people go there too?

RE: recipe/food........

Not sure if we re talking about the same kind of coffee shops :)
Dont worry, I dont feel concerned...well, try not torolling on the floor laughing

RE: recipe/food........

As for the food, here we are very lucky that many visitors saw our culinary dilemma, and opened a wide variation of restaurants...all cultures and tastes are well represented. Asian, specialty Indonesian dishes are very much appreciated.

Biside that I guess for many it is just a very nice place to hang out...coffeeshops are certainly for something, if its what you like.

RE: recipe/food........

Hmmm...I not sure people come back here for the food he . that would surprise me very much

RE: Rupert Murdoch Body Guard

maybe she just likes cake...

RE: Another waisted pair of heels

"Well, from now on I am going to show up in sweats , bed head hair , plop my feet on the table, wipe my nose with my hand and say : "hey hows it going?" "

And you would still be a very charming lady indeed.
