First of all, let me thank you for your open-minded comment especially re the US with regard to some of the negative effects its intervention has brought about in some countries:
"The United states has done its fare share of damage as well as all the other country's,we as humans strive for power over the others regardless of what country one is inn."
That is very much unlike some Americans who feel that their country can do no wrong, and I commend you for that open-mindedness.
With regard to your reference to the United Nations:
"One point you need to remember is that we do not just go barging in on these country's, there is such a thing called united nations that make the decisions."
Here is an excerpt from wikipedia:
"The legality of the invasion and occupation of Iraq has been widely debated since the United States, United Kingdom, and a coalition of other countries launched the 2003 invasion of Iraq. The then United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan said in September 2004 that: "From our point of view and the UN Charter point of view, it [the war] was illegal." The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court reported in February 2006 that he had received 240 communications in connection with the invasion of Iraq in March 2003 which alleged that various war crimes had been committed."
"Whatever people are thinking/feeling, it is beneficial to someone or some group that probably had much to do with shaping their opinions/emotions. It is good for folks to consider how they've come to think/feel as they do. It can be a quite revealing exercise."
"If you think it is not right for us to fight them considering their declaration of us now as the enemy, you have got to be so stupid for us to remain passive and not fight them. Or we are so stupid to simply don't respond to their threat and fight them?"
I already responded to your comment in an earlier response re action for dealing with the problem. I shall repeat it again for you:
"To deal with the problem, I support the view expressed by the Pentagon Press Secretary Peter Cook:
“We are, as I mentioned, working with Muslim nations right now. We want to, in essence, take the fight to ISIL with the help of -- of Muslims and others around the world. And anything that -- that somehow challenges that, we think would be counterproductive to our national security.”
The involvement and cooperation of other Muslims, both in America and around the world are essential for a solution to the problem. Trump's comment only serves to hamper and to aggravate the situation."
"At the outset of this comment to you, let me state that I am not an American."
You responded:
"... what makes you think that U suspect you to be American?"
I am baffled by your response to my statement.
I fail to see any connection between my statement and your response. especially since you have stated several times that you were a Professor in Philosophy. Certainly, you must be trained in deductive logic.
lou "In Vancouver, there is a petition to help remove the Trump name on the tower that is being built here...Trump and the vision of Vancouver( being multicultural) is not a good fit here..."
I support the petition. Vancouver is my favourite city in Canada, which is based on the cultural mosaic model.
At the outset of this comment to you, let me state that I am not an American. Based on some comments that I have seen, it seems to me that some Americans feel that only Americans should comment on issues affecting America. For this reason, I shall not disclose my personal views on such issues directly. Rather, I shall express views I favour that are forwarded by Americans.

"Belief in witchcraft has been shown to have similarities in societies throughout the world. It presents a framework to explain the occurrence of otherwise random misfortunes such as sickness or death, and the witch sorcerer provides an image of evil. Reports on indigenous practices in the Americas, Asia and Africa collected during the early modern age of exploration have been taken to suggest that not just the belief in witchcraft but also the periodic outbreak of witch-hunts are a human cultural universal."
The question I am asking is why are a much greater number of women accused of witchcraft and put to death, in comparison to the number of men?
Modern scholarly estimates place the total number of executions for witchcraft in the 300-year period of European witch-hunts in the five digits, mostly at roughly between 40,000 and 50,000. The majority of those accused were from the lower economic classes in European society, although in rarer cases high ranking individuals were accused as well.
The 1692 Salem Witch Trials In January of 1692, the daughter and niece of Reverend Samuel Parris of Salem Village became ill. When they failed to improve, the village doctor, William Griggs, was called in. His diagnosis of bewitchment put into motion the forces that would ultimately result in the death by hanging of nineteen men and women. In additultimately result in the death by hanging of nineteen men and women. In addition, one man was crushed to death; seven others died in prison, and the lives of many were irrevocably changed.
This verse from the Bible was used to justify the burning of women in Europe judged as witches. In early America, the Salem witch trials resulted in the deaths of women and men.
Nam Your Little Christmas Tree story is like one of Hans Christian Andersen stories. I really enjoyed it. Thank You. Not only are you a rhyming poet but a marvelous story teller also.
I believe I have a fair idea of your closeness to Nature and the Universe, and the "spiritual strength and comfort" (if I may use that term) that you draw from it, and that is great.
My reference to Eve in this blog resonates with what Willow 3939 stated in her blog, “The Shaming of Eve”:
“The USA was founded with a puritanical Judeo-Christian belief system. Yes, there still exists the belief of the patriarchal hierarchy, men have the power, women are second class citizens. Biblically, Eve was blamed for for the downfall of mankind and our expulsion from the Garden of Eden. But Adam ate the apple, as well. Yet, women are seen as a deceiver or temptress of man.”
Although Mary gave birth to Jesus, who is divine, Mary remains a mere mortal and has no attributes of divinity despite the fact that she is referred to as The Mother Of God in the rosary “Hail Mary” in Catholicism. Divine status in the Abrahamic religions is exclusively male.
A crore (/'kr??r/; abbreviated cr) is a unit in the Indian numbering system equal to ten million (10,000,000). It is widely used in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Nepal.
As you mentioned, and as the article stated, getting depressed occasionally is part of the human condition.
The tendency to seek a pill or some form of medication to deal with the situation, rather than trying to cope using other natural forms of therapy such as relaxation or therapy from Nature, is probably a result of our modern day "pill" society.
Being the tree hugger that you are, I am sure you can say a lot about Nature therapy.
The facts that you have mentioned re the Pharmaceutical companies' actions are simply a form of "high class bribery", as you stated.
Another one of their tactics is to supply free samples of their products to doctors to pass on to patients. Of course, the patient is expected to purchase such products for future use.
RE: "UNCOMMONLY COMMON"
Sorry Nam!Blame Google.
