I am not vegan or vegetarian but prefer not to consume meat as I disagree with some of the practices associated with it...
I buy free range eggs and what is labeled "humane" practices but I understand that this is a leap of faith sort to speak...do I know for sure that the chickens are raised humanely or what these providers deem humane?...the language used on labeling can mean something different...is this just another marketing strategy?... The tricky part is when you have allergies related to foods...and processed foods are not easy to distinguish what it contains...
Good to know...my apt. building is already like Fort Knox...fob is used mainly, and has an intercom to permit people in...the elevators only go where your floor is...and the building has lots of monitors/cameras...unlikely people would want to break in...
Of course that isn't 100% but it is a good deterrent...
Like most charlatans...they can read a room...Trump is a successful grifter...using and feeding the discontented...for his own gain...winning seems all he wants...that and attention... I can imagine him laughing with his enablers...at the very people that supported/elected him...

No, the media has nothing to do with it... Flogging or not...if you have any common sense you would recognize that half of the American population happens to be women...or chicks as you refer to them...many other minorities are also at risk of having their rights extinguished as well... I do not suffer from blind faith that you seem to be guilty of...and I have seen your comments on various blogs that make me believe that you are not interested in equality or fairness...okay Muhammad...
I would continue the tile pattern up the wall or if needed redo the tile completely...and the ceiling height is 10 foot and already measured the width for proper fit...plenty of room and would need an extension ordered as extra for the vent...I have estimated the cost and have the money to do it...I have used a service that provides an online site for multiple trades...I know a few people that I have used before that are very good... I am not going to redo this because if I looked at the total picture...the question is...would I get any return in investment if I sell?... The kitchen is small as not in a house as before...but I do not use the microwave that much and have storage to hold it...but other people would probably like the feature of having a built in microwave...save room on the counter...
I have replaced/upgraded the lighting as well as all the appliances. Repainting and extending the hardwood flooring will be next and is enough to attract buyers... My apt. is well maintained and not outdated...an area that is sought after...so I believe I have a done enough but I would have loved to have the look I was after...
I am not selling yet but I always keep that in mind...getting a good return for the money spent...
I find it interesting that people really want to believe Trump has no faults...despite the in your face attitude...and then Trump supporters counter argue about Biden or any other Democrat...
If Trump just shut his mouth and gave back the documents...no problem...but that is not his style...his foot in mouth disease is a real problem...for everyone...
