Every 4th, Nathan's Famous does a hotdog eating contest and every year Joey Chestnut beats the competition. In 10 minutes he consumed 62 hotdogs. The 2nd place winner trailed by 14 dogs...Link:

This guy not only eats that much at the contest but needs to practice eating all those Franks before the event....

Do you put your hand on your heart, sing your national anthem, salute your flag and shout, "Ma freedoms!" every time you pass wind, or is that just the image you try to promote to the rest of the world?

jac, the introduction given to Joey is to be taken like the beginning of a boxing match or a carnival side show... total BS.
FF, I'm pretty sure hog calling came from Europe (no specific country) long before the settlers arrived in America.

As far as the day goes, I bought a used model helicopter last Sunday and a friend who does my mechanical stuff, went through and adjusted things. I got 4 flights on it and delighted with it's performance.

He was a con artist his entire career and very good at it, especially when you have no means of fact checking his lies, but when the lies keep stacking up and people begin to realize he's a liar...
I'll stop now as it's not the right blog.
